I could write a book about this place. This was my second trip to Egypt and after some research, I got to this location where no tourists go at all. The Police tried to stop me taking this picture, naturally wanting a bribe (which I refused to give them) this is the most Spiritual place I have been to. The feeling is amazing, my mind gets shrouded in Mystery and the awe of these Pyramids. I have spent a full 2 days at the Giza Plateau (most people only spend 2 hours there) photographing them from every angle possible. Truly, truly amazing, do yourself a favour and go. Don’t know what category to put this wonder of the world in. I have the 2-meter version on my wall at home, I still smile when I look at it.

Paper:

Ilford Galerie Crystal Gloss (290gsm): This stunning paper offers photographers the ability to print images with a true ‘wow’ factor. The iridium finish gives every image a three-dimensional look ensuring that each print truly comes to life. We place a matting around the image to add depth to the overall look.

Ink:

Epsons Ultrachrome K3 inks are pigment based. They offer strong deep blacks, rich shadow detail and a broad smooth colour gamut, allowing for prints of tremendous impact. Independent print permanence tests indicate the lifespan of these inks when used on high quality papers as over 100 years before visible fading occurs.

Printer:

We print on our EPSON Stylus Pro 11880 printer with top of the range SERENDIPITY MEGARIP and expertly profiled by Les Walking ensuring consistency and quality every time. The 9 colour Epson UltraChrome K3 archival pigment ink system has the broadest colour gamut in its class. We can print to a maximum image width of 60inch by any length at the highest 2880dpi resolution. The Epson 11880 can print on all types of media with clarity, colour balance and precision.
