Wilsons Promontory is located about 200km from Melbourne and is the Southernmost point in Victoria. An easy half-day walk for lovers of the gorgeous Wilson’s Promontory. Beginning just inland of Darby beach, walk through coastal vegetation then descend to the secluded, magical Fairy Cove for a dip among the rocks! The famous saying it’s also about the journey along with the destination is totally applicable here. A 6km round-trip with some steep parts and stunning views. Also worth noting an easy 1.5km further down is Tongue Point well worth the walk.

Paper:

Ilford Galerie Crystal Gloss (290gsm): This stunning paper offers photographers the ability to print images with a true ‘wow’ factor. The iridium finish gives every image a three-dimensional look ensuring that each print truly comes to life. We place a matting around the image to add depth to the overall look.

Ink:

Epsons Ultrachrome K3 inks are pigment based. They offer strong deep blacks, rich shadow detail and a broad smooth colour gamut, allowing for prints of tremendous impact. Independent print permanence tests indicate the lifespan of these inks when used on high quality papers as over 100 years before visible fading occurs.

Printer:

We print on our EPSON Stylus Pro 11880 printer with top of the range SERENDIPITY MEGARIP and expertly profiled by Les Walking ensuring consistency and quality every time. The 9 colour Epson UltraChrome K3 archival pigment ink system has the broadest colour gamut in its class. We can print to a maximum image width of 60inch by any length at the highest 2880dpi resolution. The Epson 11880 can print on all types of media with clarity, colour balance and precision.
