Every effort on this Gallery site has been made to accurately represent the vibrant colours of Sam’s images. Due to differences in computer screens and certain other variations, the images here should only to be taken as a guide. Obviously, the colour and sharpness of a finished print are far superior to what can be presented on a small screen.
Point Lonsdale Pier Structure
$210.00 – $2,700.00
First built in 1890, the Point Lonsdale Pier pre-dates it neighbour the lighthouse by a dozen or so years. Popular fishing spot now with Mornington Peninsula in view. Point Lonsdale is a coastal township on the Bellarine Peninsula, near Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia. This was a day in which I never knew where or what I was doing. It was a nice day so by habit my camera was in my car. Somehow I ended up heading to the Bellarine Peninsula where there are a multitude of nice places. Somehow the Point Lonsdale Pier popped into my head so I headed there. Arriving early morning the light was nice and soft so I photographed it from a few locations. You can see the result here. The other two are on this website.
